HUDCO builds custom Installation Kits for hydraulic attachments. We design the most efficient, cost-effective, and operator-friendly after-market installations. With over 35 years of designing and manufacturing kits, HUDCO has an extensive library of existing kits to fit almost any attachment and machine.
We supply quality parts including pre-bent tubing, clamps, complete hose assemblies, Hudco valves, brackets, fittings, switches, hand controls or foot controls, if required. We will ship the complete kit for your mechanics to install. Custom Installation manuals are included and have pictures of to help speed up installation time.
Our products are used on all makes of machines - Doosan, Daewoo, Hitachi, John Deere, Cat, Case, Link-belt, Ford, Hyunai, Koehring, Komatsu, Samsung, Volvo, Terex, New Holland, Kobeko among others - to operate thumbs, hammers, grapples, augers, mowers, compactors, rotating shears, and other hydraulic attachments. 1-WAY for Breaker, Hammer, Compactor, Rotary Cutter, Saw
These attachments process oil in one direction, and require low or standard back pressure on the return.
2-WAY for Thumb, Shear, Crusher, Grapple, Processor, Rotation
These attachments typically utilize a cylinder that must extend and retract, thereby requiring a circuit that can route oil bi-directionally.
1- OR 2-WAY
With the addition of special valves we offer kits that are easily converted from 1 or 2 way, allowing your excavator to operate various attachments, for example a shear and a breaker.
SECOND-MEMBER
Attachment is mounted directly to the boom and the arm is removed. With or without rotation.
